Stela has more than 17 years experience working in the acute care hospital setting. The majority of this time has been in the patient grievance and service excellence arenas. She is passionate about the experiences Banner Health provides to our patients. Stela has been Spanish-bilingual, assistant-trained, and she seeks opportunities to use her creativity to improve morale and experiences in a fun and educational way.
