As the Associate Executive Director/VP of Experience Services, Joe is responsible for leading the patient & family experience strategy across all departments from environmental services, room service, to the valet at the front door.

He collaborates with both physician and senior leaders to ensure they are driving a service centered culture where we consistently anticipate and exceed our patients & families needs while being invisible and accessible at exact same time.

Joe received his BFA in theater/performing arts with a business minor and his MBA in marketing/advertising from Adelphi University.
